Terms & Conditions of Web development

By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our service includes designing, creating, and maintaining websites for clients to their specifications. We require clear communication and timely feedback to ensure the best results. All content provided by the client must be original or properly licensed for use. Payment terms, including deposits and final fees, will be outlined in the project contract. We reserve the right to use finished work for promotional purposes. Clients should provide necessary data, Information, and logos for web design projects. Clear communication and collaboration ensure successful implementation and a visually appealing website that meets their needs.
Payment term

Clients are required to pay a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project.
Scope of work:

The agreed-upon scope of work will be outlined in a detailed contract, specifying the exact services to be provided by the web design team.
Deadlines:

Both parties must agree on project timelines, and clients are responsible for providing timely feedback and content to avoid delays.
Intellectual property rights:

The client will own the intellectual property rights to the completed website design upon final payment.
Hosting and domain:

Clients are responsible for their own hosting and domain registration otherwise we will provide Domain,hosting & management.
Maintenance and support:

Clients may opt for ongoing maintenance and support services, which will be outlined in a separate agreement.
Warranty:

The web design team will provide a warranty period during which any defects or issues with the website will be addressed at no extra cost.
Termination of contract:

Either party may terminate the contract with proper notice and payment for work completed up to that point.
Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep all project details and communications confidential, with exceptions for legal or regulatory requirements.
